Our preventative services provide members the most comprehensive and affordable tools to help prevent becoming a victim of identity theft. In addition to the personalized protection test, monthly newsletters and scam alerts, our program integrates convenient access and reminders to www.annualcreditreport.com, Do Not Call Registry, Opt-Out, Fraud Alert and Credit Freeze programs, along with explanations on how to maximize the benefits of these free services. This structured approach allows you to reduce your risk while saving you money.

Full Managed Recovery:

If a member becomes a victim of Identity Theft, they will work with an expert recovery advocate who will handle all phases of the recovery process. The recovery advocate will handle all disputes on the members behalf related to new account fraud, medical ID fraud, social security, insurance, benefit and employment fraud, etc. In addition, we will work to remove any criminal or civil judgments, and provide information to the Federal Trade Commission and other government agencies. These recovery services eliminate the time consuming and frustrating experience of dealing with identity theft.

Reimbursement:

The reimbursement program further enhances the comprehensive protection our members receive. Individual and family participants will be reimbursed for lost income and expenses associated with identity theft up to $20,000. The costs include expenses for legal fee’s, court costs, long distance phone calls, overnight charges and other related expenses, and subject to a (0) zero deductible.
